My kid's home page is not being displayed. How do I resolve this issue?

This issue was present when you enabled high filtering within parental controls after the original setup wizard. The home page would also disappear when manually altering the home page after setting the filter to high.

This issue is corrected with the latest version of our software. If you are experiencing this issue please update to the latest version of the software
