*Note: Please be sure that you have administrative rights to install applications on your computer and that you install your Windows Critical Updates prior to installing the software*

Click here to install your Microsoft Windows Updates.

To install the Internet Security Suite:

1) Contact Customer Service for the download location for Internet Security Suite(ISS)

2) You will then receive the Security Suite Setup installation wizard box. Read the information provided. Click Next to proceed with the installation.

3) Read the License Agreement and click the button "I accept the license agreement". Click the Next button to proceed.

4) You will then need to select a Destination Folder (the default is C:\Program Files\Authentium\ESP\Applications\). Click the Next button to proceed with the installation in the default location. If you would like to change the destination folder, select the Browse button and select the folder.

5) You will then see the Updating System dialog box and the software will begin installing.

6) When the installation completes, you will receive the prompt box reading " The Security Suite has been successfully installed." Click the Reboot button to restart your computer.

7) After your computer restarts, you will receive the Product Activation prompt box. Here you will need to read the information provided and enter your ISP primary email address and password. Once you have entered that information, click the Next button.

8) Once the "Activating Security Suite...Please wait....." status box disappears, select the features you would like to enable under Feature Selection.

Once your features are selected, click Next.

9) Under Privacy Setup, select the privacy settings you would like to use.

Once your settings have been selected, click Next.

10) Under Firewall Setup, select your firewall strength and whether or not you want to apply the setting to traffic to and from your home/office network.

Click Next after you have selected your settings.

11) Under Internet Control setup, select the appropriate level of Web Content filtering and whether any changes to that level will require your ISP primary email address and password.

Click Next after you have selected your settings.

12) Under Antivirus Setup, select whether or not you would like enable or disable on-access scanning for viruses when they are used on your computer.

Click Next after you have applied your settings.

13) Under the About to start the Security Suite dialog box, click Finish to complete the installation process.

14) The new Security Suite console should begin loading and appear on your desktop.
